Stowell Associates once again was recognized at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s Top Workplace Award breakfast on April 28 – placing second in our category of 50 mid-sized businesses. In addition, our leadership team was recognized as the top leader in our category.
This ranking is achieved through the anonymous responses of our staff.
The survey measures our staff’s alignment, effectiveness, and connection and it evaluates our managers.
Alignment focuses on the company’s direction, values and ethics, level of cooperation and amount of negativity in the workplace.
Effectiveness measures our upward communication, open-mindedness, innovation, and execution.
Connection asks our employees if they believe we are meeting their potential, are appreciated, have meaningful work and are well-informed about important organizational decisions.
Finally, our employees rate how their manager responds to their concerns, helps them learn and grow and makes it easier for them to do their jobs.
