To celebrate our 30 th anniversary, we have partnered with the UW-Milwaukee Foundation to establish the Stowell Associates Scholarship Fund for Care Management. Our Co-founders, Phyllis Mensh Brostoff taught at UWM and Valerie Stefanich graduated from UWM. Most of our professional staff including our Executive Director, Kari Klatt, and Clinical Director, Miriam Oliensis-Torres, are graduates of UWM.

This scholarship will be awarded annually to a social work or nursing student whom, we hope, will be encouraged to focus their professional career in the specialty practice of care management. We want to ensure that in the next 30 years there will be a new generation of professional social workers and nurses practicing as care managers.

Donations may be made to the Stowell Associates Scholarship Fund for Care Management through the UW-Milwaukee Foundation at the following link: Please follow these steps:

1. In the Gift Information section, click on NURSING or the HELEN BADER SCHOOL OF SOCIAL WELFARE from the pull down menu.

2. Choose STOWELL ASSOCIATES SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR CARE MANAGEMENT from the secondary designation pull down menu.

3. For memoriam or honorary gifts, please include the pertinent information in the comment box to the right of Special Instructions.

Help us support future generations of exceptional care managers in Southeastern Wisconsin.
