We're Making a Meaningful Difference

“I joined Stowell Associates for the same reason everyone on our staff joined—we get to make a difference.  We’re making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, their families and each other.

We do this by integrating care management and home care and holding fast to the values that made us the largest care management and home care company in Wisconsin.  And it has paid off.  No matter how you measure quality, we perform at the highest level in the country.  Our clients stay with us 3 times longer, our caregiver retention rate is 75% above the national average and our rehospitalization rate of our clients is significantly below other home care companies.

I take great pride in leading this organization.  Each day I am amazed at the dedication of our caregivers, care managers and support staff.  When I walk through our offices and hear the compassion of care managers as they work with clients and our staff supporting our caregivers, I know this is where I am supposed to be.

We’re making a difference—it is why we exist.”
